Meetings in a historic atmosphere

For a stylish conference in an impressive atmosphere, the prestigious Volkshaus in Jena is the place to go. The extensively renovated large hall offers space for up to 800 participants. From 2022, the expanded Volkshaus will be available as a modern and versatile event venue.

To this day, the Volkshaus makes a great impression with its various rooms that are decorated with ornate Art Nouveau elements. Initiated by Ernst Abbe in 1903, the project was driven by the motive of providing a building to offer people "opportunities for intellectual stimulation". This idea will soon receive an even larger scope, because other parts of the building are presently undergoing a thorough restoration in order to serve this purpose.

The additional space will offer significantly more room for future events. From 2022, the entire Volkshaus will shine in new splendour and be available as a modern and versatile event venue.
